Hook for roundslings in Grade 80, made of high-quality alloy steel, quenched and tempered to ensure high strength and resistance to dynamic loads. The product is designed for use with round slings and chains compliant with EN 818-2.
Each hook undergoes rigorous quality testing – a proof load test at 2.5 times the Working Load Limit (WLL) and a fatigue test of 20,000 cycles at 1.5 times WLL. Additionally, 100% of the products are subjected to magnetic crack detection, and all load pins are individually inspected and tested.
The yellow powder coating increases corrosion resistance and improves visibility in the workplace. The hook complies with EN 1677, ensuring safety and conformity with European standards.
