SECURITY - cargo stabilisation during transport
The safe immobilisation of cargo is the basis of any transport in the food industry. Food products, which are often fragile and require the right conditions, must be transported in a way that prevents them from being moved, tipped over or damaged - regardless of the distance and type of vehicle. At Forankra, we offer a wide range of load securing solutions that combine functionality, safety and compliance with hygiene requirements.
One of the most commonly used solutions are spreader beams and telescopic beams, which allow cargo to be stabilised quickly and effectively in the transport space. Available in aluminium or steel, they are ideal for use in both refrigerated trucks and standard trailers. Thanks to their versatility, they can be easily adapted to the needs of a specific transport operation.
In order to offer flexibility in the arrangement of attachment points, we also offer mounting rails, such as the popular Airline rails. These allow the installation of beams, straps and holders, creating a secure and functional lashing system inside the vehicle. The rails can be installed in both horizontal and vertical orientation - depending on the layout of the load compartment.
We also recommend the use of anti-slip mats to increase the effectiveness of the protection and to prevent the goods from moving during the journey. They significantly reduce the risk of pallets or containers moving, which is particularly important when transporting bulk or fragile products.
